Cancellation Policy, No-Show.

Cancellation Policy:
In accordance with legal provisions in general, and in particular with the provisions of Normative Resolution number 161/85 of Embratur, cancellation or alteration will be subject to the collection of fees and fines, according to paragraphs A and B, below:
A) LOW SEASON (APRIL UNTIL SEPTEMBER - EXCEPT HOLIDAYS):
  • With up to 7 days in advance of the beginning of the package / daily, full refund of the amount paid *;
  • From 06 to 03 days in advance of the start of the package / daily, there will be a retention of 20% of the total package price / per night booked *;
  • 48 hours before the start of the check-in, that is, the date of entry, there will be no return, allowing the Pousada to choose another date, in an equivalent period (low season), subject to availability and tariffs.
B) HIGH SEASON (OCTOBER TO MARCH, ALL NATIONAL HOLIDAY PACKAGES, PACKAGES FOR LARGE GROUPS)
  • With 30 days or more in advance, 25% of the total package / daily * will be charged;
  • From 29 to 11 days in advance, 50% of the total package / daily * will be charged;
  • With 10 days or less in advance, THERE WILL BE NO RETURN OF THE PAYMENT AMOUNT;
  • Dismissal within 7 days of the effective date of the reservation, provided it is more than 30 days in advance of the beginning of the package / daily, full refund of the amount paid (article 49 CDC) *.
* The value of DOC will be discounted.
In any case, the request for cancellation of the reservation must be written and sent by email.
"NO-SHOW": The non-attendance without prior written communication, on the expected date of arrival, will be considered "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours, from the time of entry. After this period the reservation will be canceled (with retention of 100% of the amount paid), making the vacancy available to another interested party. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE PAYMENT AMOUNT.
In case of early departure for any reason, there will be no refund of the amount paid and no credit will be made of the value for later use.
In cases of early departure, the amounts corresponding to all planned nights must be paid in full, even if the guest did not enjoy all the daily rates that were booked during the reserved period. The interruption of packages will NOT entitle to use the number of missing nights later.
